1. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, Licensor grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for its intended purpose of issuing, managing, and verifying digital credentials, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Use the Software for any purpose other than verifiable credential issuance and verification without prior written consent from Licensor;
- Remove any proprietary notices from the Software.
4. Data Privacy and Processing
If the Software collects personal data, Licensor will process such data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Licensee consents to such data processing where applicable.
5. User Responsibilities
Licensee is responsible for:
- Ensuring its use of the Software complies with all applicable laws, including data protection and identity verification standards;
- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of credentials managed through the Software;
- Preventing unauthorized access to the Software.
6. Termination
Licensor may terminate this license immediately if Licensee breaches these Terms. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in its possession.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Licensor does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the Software.
9. Governing Law
